Refund policy

Shipping & Returns
We currently ship only within the United States.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any used or unopened items. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or defective.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, in which case we will replace it or issue a refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@makeupculture.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved due to damage or a defective item, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at returns@makeupculture.com.
